1. In general
Here you will find in the general terms and conditions of sale and purchase of products on the website tablenoir.com. These conditions will remain in force unless other terms are determined in writing and are accepted for purchase / sale of a particular product by the two parties.
When you place an order on tablenoir.com, you' will receive confirmation that we have received your order by email. The order is not complete until we have it sent to the shipping address selected by you.
We retain the right to cancel an order, if for some reason we are not able to complete it. If the order has to be cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Free shipping on all products
We offers free delivery on all orders within Europe.
It is important that when you receive your order, check your package to identify if some damage is apparent. If this is the case, do not countersign the order.
If the product is damaged, please immediately contact the customer service. You have up to two business days after receiving the package to reach customer service.
3. Returns Policy
At tablenoir.com we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases.
If you wish to return the product, it is important that you contact our customer service to arrange the return in advance via info@tablenoir.com. If you would like to return the product you are welcome to send it back within 14 days from the deliverydate to Copenhagen Cutlery A / S, Ny Carlsberg Vej 80, 1799 Copenhagen V, Denmark
Once the order has been made, and you decide that you do not want to purchase the product for any reason, you can reject the product when it arrives. If this is the case the product will be returned to us. When we receive the returned product, you will be refunded with the purchase amount. However a cost of £15 will be charged to you to cover the return. Moreover you are the one who bears the transportation risk back to us.

4. Satisfied or refunded
If you want to return the product, we will transfer the purchase price to the bank account that made the purchase. The payment will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Cancellation Condition
We reserves the right to cancel an order if:
- A typo is present
- An error in the selling price is present
- The image or the product description is wrong
- The product is out of stock
- The supplier does not meet their obligations
6. Prices and payments
When you place an order through tablenoir.com, a sum of money is reserved on your bank account. When we have processed and completed the order, we will receive the transfer of the reserved amount.
All prices are VAT inclusive.
7. Ownership of products
The products remain the property of Copenhagen Cutlery A/S until the purchase amount is received by the company.
8. Product Warranty
We offer a two year warranty on all products on tablenoir.com
